On August 19th, 2022, a meeting was held with Dr. Dedi Supriadi Adhuri, Indonesian National Research and Innovation Agency (Indonesian: Badan Riset dan Inovasi Nasional, BRIN) by Prof. Nagatsu Kazufumi (Representative of Toyo University Site) and Dr. Nakano Makibi (Core Researcher, National Institutes for the Humanities, Toyo University).
Dr. Dedi is an expert on small-scale fisheries and resource management in Indonesia. He has authored several well-known internal/international research papers and plans to collaborate with our project.
We shared information and exchanged opinions on recent trends in the Southeast Asian maritime world and discussed future research plans.
